I was worried I wouldn’t be able to find any place to work on my Tesla front bumper but they knew exactly what to do. It turned out great and my car looks good as new. Maybe even better!

Mike's body shop did an absolutely amazing job with my truck! I was in a collision with three elk and it messed up the side of my truck. They completely took care of me even when insurance tried stepping out on me. They immediately got me in and started ordering parts to get it back to me as soon as possible. Some of the parts arrived damaged and they let me know and sent those parts back and got new ones that way I would have only the best. Thank you guys!

I was convinced my hood was sun damaged, I was quoted $1200 for repainting it in a different city. After a quick look by the team at Mike’s Body Shop they noticed it could be staining from other chemicals. They polished my hood spotless in 15 minutes saving me a lot of money. My jaw was dropped. This was my first time using Mike’s Body Shop and they were great from start to finish. The estimate process was easy, fast, and efficient! They picked up and dropped off my car as I was away— the work was great! They worked seemingly with insurance and they even kept me updated on the progress throughout.

My experience at Mike's Body shop was nothing short of EXCELLENT!! I made a random call there regarding a damage issue with my vehicle that would be covered by my insurance company. I spoke with Devin, who is extremely efficient and wonderful, who took my information and I was scheduled quickly. In the meantime, I was contacted by the Claims Adjuster for my insurance company. She was thrilled that I had made contact with Mike's and shared with me that they were her favorite client to work with!! Devin kept in communication with me all along the way! She is just AWESOME!! I recently wrecked my Durango when I slid on ice into a bridge rail. It dented and caused about $7000 in damages. Mike’s Body in Jackson, WY took pictures & gave me an estimate in a day’s time. They completed the work on schedule, kept me apprised of the status and did excellent work! I highly recommend this company. You’ll appreciate their professionalism.

Had body work done on my BMW. I was into the shop within a week and the repair was done in 7 days.

I went a few months ago after my car got rear ended and Mikes Body shop really did the job and left my car as good as new. I was impressed by how good my car looked compared to before. Their staff was super friendly as well!:)

I stopped by without an appointment. Doris helped me immediately, viewed the damage to my vehicle, photographed it and looked up part replacement information on the spot. She followed up with a phone call shortly afterward to update parts information and give me a final quote. That was Tuesday at lunchtime. I was contacted this morning (Friday) and Doris told me the parts had arrived and invited me in. I asked to come in today and they scheduled me and took care of the repair immediately. Thank you Doris and team - I will be returning for any auto body repair needs. Thank you for the great service!

I have lived in Jackson for a few years now. Mike's has done some great work to three of my vehicles during that time. I cannot say enough great things about them. I know there are new owners now and the service is still excellent. I have had to call in several times for different things. Talk and Doris are always there providing excellent service. I hope not to need anymore work done after today, but if it happens, I know where I will go for excellent service. I’m so glad they were able to change the good on my suburban and it looks brand new again.

I have used Mike's Body Shop for over 20 years. Their work is always first rate, and pricing is always fair. (Sometimes better than fair). Work is finished when promised.

Incredible service, very friendly employees. From the beginning, very clear communication. Assessed the car, made an appointment to drop off and when I dropped off it was quick and smooth. Car fixed in the time estimated and work was perfect. My car looks amazing. My only feedback is to change the product used inside the car, as it produced a strong chemical odor for some time. Everything else was above expectations. Definitely a place I would go back. Everything with my car insurance was handled smoothly. Thank you!

We were visiting Jackson Hole when our car got scratched. I was personally concerned that wherever we take the car to have it fixed, they would charge us double as soon as they learn we are visitors. Not only they fixed it within minutes, but they didn't even charge us. When we went to Mike's bodyshop, we were coming back from rafting, so all my clothes were wet. They lady at the office was so sweet and caring that offered me hot coffee when she saw I was shivering. Both the lady at the office and the gentleman who fixed the scratches were super kind and helpful. I will never forget this pleasant experience!! Highly recommend.

We were visiting JH and, some one scratched our rental car. We were very nervous that the rental company would charge our insurance. We took the car to mike’s shop and he fixed it for us. He did not even charged us for the work. The staff were so sweet and caring.

I cannot emphasize enough how friendly, flexible, and fair everyone at Mike’s Body Shop is (AJ- you rock!!). My bumper was busted and now it looks brand new. They are very kind people… service was taking longer than expected (manufacturer’s fault, not theirs), and I was very frustrated and kind of a nightmare to deal with... They worked hard to get it done as quickly as possible, and I appreciate their patience with me and dedication to their work.

Great place to trust! They were able to get me in and out one whole week sooner than anyone else around. Aj and Tam know what they are doing and they really went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of!

While vacationing in the Tetons I had my sunroof bracket break which made my sunroof stay open. After scrambling all over town for a solution I called Mikes body shop and they told me to come down right away and see what they could do. A.J helped me get it partially closed and covered it with a film that lasted not only through the remainder of our vacation but 500 miles back home! I can’t thank A.J enough! Excellent customer service!

This is the second time I'm using Mike's Body Shop and both times my experience was a great one. The first time was on my SUV. A family member had hit a snow bank and the damage required both repairing/replacing body parts and a partial paint job. They made my Infiniti QX 80 look brand new. The second time was for my girlfriend's car. Someone must have hit the car while parked and the plastic cover that sits on the bumper popped. I took the car to Mike's Body Shop the other morning and AJ just put it back in place and didn't even charge me. The total time it took from the moment I walked through the door to the car looking new again was less than 10 min. Great people. Highly recommend it. Thanks again AJ!

Great to work with. Professional, thorough and honest. I needed a front bumper replaced from a wildlife collision. They simplified the process, it was easy. They were able to get parts for a Volvo and fix it in no time. Impressive. It's impossible to tell the collision even happened. Perfect paint match and repair. I could not have asked for better service and communication. They did all the back work with insurance and I picked up a brand new clean car upon finish. Thank you Mike's. Highly recommend.

We need more stars for Mikes! 5 just isn’t enough! Body work to my Jeep was done very well and very quickly for a very fair price. From the moment I made the initial inquiry call to my final checkout, every single person I interacted with here was so kind, friendly and professional. Auto work is available all around Jackson, but it’s the PEOPLE at Mikes that make this business worth your time and money!

I called Mike’s Body Shop on the weekend and within a week they had parts ordered and delivered and had my car fixed lickety-split - less than a week. They charged me fairly, too - I called all the body shops in Jackson for a quote on the work that needed to be done (put a hole in my car door) and mike’s was by far the best price. Also the guys there are super nice. Definitely recommend!

I arrived in Jackson on a camping / mountain biking vacation and while backing up my camper I jack knifed it causing serious damage. Eric and Shean were so great, super friendly and super accommodating They handled the insurance claim in a quick and efficient manner. I was provided with a great courtesy truck which I was able to hang my bike rack on. SAVING MY VACATION. Best of all I brought my truck on a Friday and got it back professionally repaired by Tuesday. They went above and beyond to help us in a dire situation, were very honest and did not take advantage of us even though we were at their mercy and in need of fast services while vacationing. They even offered a loaner vehicle while they repaired ours so that we would not disrupt our vacation plans. Eric even stayed late to make sure we got our vehicle back the same day.

Mike's Body Shop did a fantastic job with my car. I hit a deer in Hoback Canyon on the Friday before Memorial Day weekend. The manager, Cecil Topp, waited for us after hours as we limped into Jackson. He even gave us a ride to the airport to get a rental car. They fixed my car so it looked like new and got it ready for me really promptly. They were all great to work with and the repair was excellent. I had my truck repaired by the team at Mike's Body Shop after it was damaged in an accident. They did a fantastic job making it look better than new. When I picked it up I was surprised to see it was professionally detailed in and out! The staff was friendly, professional, and kept me informed every step of the way. We had a very negative experience with this body shop and feel compelled to warn others. After our truck was in an accident, we brought it here for repairs. Unfortunately, the shop not only failed to help us, but also lied to our insurance company. Despite visible and documented frame damage, they falsely stated to insurance that there was no frame damage. They also spoke on matters they clearly were not competent to assess. This caused unnecessary stress, delays, and could have serious safety implications. We deeply regret taking our truck here and strongly advise others to seek a reputable and honest repair shop. Save yourself the frustration—do not bring your vehicle here.

Very disappointed. Not only did we a) wait 3 months for repairs to be done and b) purchase airline tickets to come pick up the vehicle when they said it would be ready, only to find out it still had weeks of repairs left, but c) are now having to do $2-3k worth of repairs out of pocket that were either missed or done poorly by the shop. Both wheel bearings in the front of the vehicle where they were working for 2 months had to be replaced, and they installed a faulty front speaker (requiring repairs at 2 different shops now). Insurance will not cover these additional repairs since it is not done by the original shop but we don't live in the same state and don't need to drive 15 hours back to this shop to get work done.
