Before & After

Collision repair before and after on a vehicle panel at Mikes Body Shop in Jackson WY
Scrape and collision damage before, and after our repair and refinishing.

Collision Repair Built for Wyoming Roads

Jackson Hole is hard on vehicles. Icy passes, gravel back roads, elk and deer on Highway 22 and 89, and crowded summer parking lots all send cars to our shop year-round. Whatever put the damage there, our job is the same: return your vehicle to the way it left the factory — straight, safe, and finished so the repair disappears.

Modern vehicles are not simple to repair correctly. Unibody construction, high-strength steel, aluminum panels, and integrated safety systems all demand the right procedures and equipment. Our technicians follow manufacturer repair procedures and use computerized frame measuring so structure is verified against factory dimensions instead of judged by eye. Doing it right the first time is cheaper than doing it twice.

Every accident is different, and we handle the full range — from rear-end collisions and T-bone side impacts to front-end collision damage.

What We Repair

  • Dents, dings, and creased panels — from shopping-cart damage to hail.
  • Bumper damage — cracked, scuffed, or torn plastic bumper covers, repaired or replaced.
  • Panel replacement — fenders, doors, hoods, and quarter panels, matched and blended to the rest of the car.
  • Frame and structural repair — computerized measuring and pulling to restore unibody and frame dimensions.
  • Paint and refinishing — computerized color matching in a climate-controlled booth. See our paint and refinishing page.

Not sure how bad it is? Many customers are relieved to learn their damage is more cosmetic than structural. We will tell you honestly either way.

Our Process, From Estimate to Delivery

We keep the process transparent so there are no surprises:

  • Free estimate — we inspect and photograph the damage and write it up in CCC One, usually in about 30 minutes.
  • Insurance coordination — if you are filing a claim, we handle the adjuster, supplements for hidden damage, and direct billing. More on our insurance claims page.
  • Teardown and blueprint — once disassembled, we find damage that was not visible at the estimate and document it.
  • Repair, refinish, and quality control — structural work, panel repair, paint, reassembly, and a final inspection covering fit, finish, and function.
  • Delivery — we walk you through the repair, often with complimentary interior detailing, and provide your lifetime guarantee paperwork.

The Lifetime Guarantee

Every body and structural repair we perform is backed by our lifetime guarantee for as long as you own the vehicle. If anything related to our workmanship ever fails, bring it back and we will make it right at no additional cost. In a small town like Jackson, our reputation is everything — we know we will see you around, and we build every repair to hold up.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long will my collision repair take?

It depends on the damage. Minor dent and panel work is often done in 2–3 days, while major structural repairs can take 1–3 weeks, partly depending on parts availability. We give you a timeline once we assess the vehicle and keep you updated throughout.

Do I need an appointment for an estimate?

No. You can bring your vehicle to 1705 Martin Ln during business hours, Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM, for a free written estimate. It usually takes about 30 minutes.

Will my car be as safe as it was before the accident?

That is the goal of every repair. We follow manufacturer repair procedures and use computerized frame measuring to verify structural dimensions, and we recalibrate safety systems when the repair requires it, so your vehicle protects you the way it was designed to.

Can you match my paint color?

Yes. We use computerized color matching and blend into adjacent panels in a climate-controlled booth so the repair blends seamlessly with your existing finish.

Do you repair trucks and SUVs?

Yes, we repair all makes and models, including the trucks and SUVs that are common in Jackson Hole, plus imports, luxury, and electric vehicles like Tesla.
